A graduate of Notre Dame University where he played quarterback. He was an outstanding baseball player at Notre Dame and was drafted by the Anaheim Angels in 1994 and competed in minor leagues for four years. He returned to play quarterback at Indiana University of Pennsylvania where he led the Indians to a 10-2 record. He served as quarterback caoch and passing game coordinator at Pine-Richland High School in 1996. He has been at St. Francis University for the past three years.
